We’re a small (but mighty) shop doing our best to balance real-life magic and mortal limitations. Here’s what you need to know:

📬 SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only — no international quests at this time (sorry, world).

All orders ship via USPS, typically using flat rate options to keep things simple and speedy. Once your order hits the mail, you’ll receive tracking info so you can stalk your snark, stamps, or scenery as it travels across the land.

Processing time is usually 2–3 business days for most items. If something weird or unexpected happens (rogue goblin in the print farm, time rift in the packing station), we’ll let you know.

🧱 Terrain Shipping (Because It’s Extra)

Terrain is a different beast. These chunky, glorious structures are too big to ride free on the Snark Train and not eligible for free shipping. They require extra packaging, patience, and sometimes, bribery of local postal trolls.

Terrain orders typically ship within 4–5 business days to account for their size, protective padding, and the occasional misbehaving mimic disguised as a box. We appreciate your patience while we wrangle the magic and prep your set for safe travels.

🔁 REFUND & RETURN POLICY

If something arrives damaged, wrong, or clearly cursed, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — replacement, refund, or a peace offering from the scrap bin. No drama, no dragons.

Just send a photo of the issue so we can assess what went wrong (and yell at the appropriate printer or postal deity). If your item shows up bent, broken, melty, or bizarrely warped — we’ll either replace it or explain what kind of solar magic caused the chaos.

Custom or personalized items (like logo stamps or custom-designed magnets) cannot be returned unless the error is on our end. Those are one-of-a-kind spells.

🧱 Terrain Refund Policy (Expanded)

If your terrain set shows up looking like it lost a bar fight with a sorting robot, let us know within 7 days. We’ll make it right — fast and fair.

BUT — terrain prints are complex and time-consuming. We won’t offer blanket reprints for every surface blemish or micro-misalignment. That’s part of the 3D printing process and handmade charm. Still, we’ll review each case personally. Send photos, and we’ll treat you like a reasonable adventurer — because we are one too.

TL;DR: Broken? Covered. Cosmetic weirdness? Let’s chat. Your cat knocked it off a shelf? We’ll still be kind, but also gently judge your household security protocols.

✍️ CUSTOM DESIGN POLICY

Got a custom idea? Awesome — we love bringing original weirdness to life. Here's how the process works:

• Design Fee: Flat fee (varies by project scope)

• Deposit: 50% due upfront before design begins

• Timeline: 2–3 business days for mockups (subject to complexity)

• Revisions: Up to 2 included; additional revisions may incur extra charges

• Final Payment: Remaining balance due before production and shipping

All custom work is a collaborative quest — and we’re here to make it awesome.

🛑 SAFETY & DISCLAIMER STUFF

• Magnets: Not for young children or pets. Keep away from electronics and pacemakers.

• Stool Samples: Not edible. Hilarious, but still a choking hazard for kids under 3.

• Leather Stamps: Not a toy. Please don’t hit your fingers. Use with care.

• 3D Prints: Store below 105°F (40°C). PLA is mighty, but not lava-proof.

📄 LEGAL-LIKE FINAL WORDS

We’re not responsible for postal delays, interdimensional mishaps, weather-related chaos, or misuse of products.

Minor cosmetic quirks, layer lines, and occasional small blemishes are normal in handmade 3D-printed items and are not considered defects.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you’ve read and accepted this policy — and agree not to summon a lawyer over anything silly.
