Orders usually leave HQ within 2–3 business days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it heads out on its epic journey.

Sometimes! If you’re looking for a custom leather stamp, magnet, or something special, head over to the contact form and send a raven! I can't promise to say yes, but I will read your request while sipping coffee and dramatically considering it.

If your item arrives broken, wrong, or suspiciously cursed, contact me within 7 days and I’ll make it right. Custom items (like logo stamps or personalized magnets) are non-refundable unless I messed up.

Terrain sets are glorious but chunky. They ship separately, and are often too much to fit inside a large Flat Rate box. We use 12x12x10 or 14x14x12 shipping boxes.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size and weight — and yes, your minis will thank you.

Things of Holding is a one-human show (plus a couple of judgmental cats and a very good dog), powered by caffeine and chaotic good vibes.

Everything is 3D printed using high-quality PLA on pro-grade machines (Bambu Lab X1C). That means it’s sturdy enough to survive daily use — just don’t bake it in a hot car or use it to battle an actual dragon.

Probably not. But I won’t swear on it. The cats think they’re quality control, and the dog thinks he’s in charge. At least it’s free.

🐾 All jokes aside, the animals are not allowed in the Print Farm or packaging areas — for health reasons, quality control, and because trying to remove a cat from a 3D printer mid-job is how you summon chaos (and reprints).
