📦 When will my order ship?

Orders usually leave HQ within 2–3 business days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it heads out on its epic journey.

We can give no guarantee of being able to do custom orders for people though, if you're patient and have a loose schedule, we may be able to work something out! I do enjoy a challenge so just send an email or chat with what kind of chaos you've got brewing. 😊

🧾 Do you accept returns?

Accepted Answer

If your item arrives broken, wrong, or suspiciously cursed, contact me within 7 days and I’ll make it right. Custom items (like logo stamps or personalized magnets) are non-refundable unless I messed up.

A lifelong nerd with a love for 3D printing, fantasy, sarcasm, and making cool stuff. 
Things of Holding is a one-human show (plus a couple of judgmental cats and a very good dog), powered by caffeine and chaotic good vibes.

🧼 How durable is this stuff?

Everything is 3D printed using high-quality PLA on pro-grade machines (Bambu Lab X1C). That means it’s sturdy enough to survive daily use — just don’t bake it in a hot car or use it to battle an actual dragon.

🐾 Will I find pet hair in my package?

Probably not. But I won’t swear on it. The cats think they’re quality control, and the dog thinks he’s in charge. At least it’s free.

🐾 All jokes aside, the animals are not allowed in the Print Farm or packaging areas — for health reasons, quality control, and because trying to remove a cat from a 3D printer mid-job is how you summon chaos (and reprints).
