SHIPPING & RETURNS
📦 Shipping Policy of Holding 📦
📦 Shipping Info
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only — no international quests at this time (sorry neighbors!).

How It Works
All orders ship via USPS, and shipping is flat-rated based on weight. No matter what you order — magnets, leather tools, or chunky terrain — the cost is based on its weight tier, and I split the shipping with you so it’s not a total gold-drain.
Orders typically leave HQ within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking number the moment your package embarks, so you can watch it meander across the map like a low-level NPC.

About Terrain
Terrain is chunky, stubborn, and insists on its own box — but it still ships at the same flat-rate weight tiers as everything else. If your terrain weighs more than a well-fed goblin, I’ll get in touch and we’ll work out the quest logistics.

💌 If checkout gets weird, or you just want to send me a snarky message, use the contact form and I’ll get back to you.
🔄 Return/Refund Policy of Holding 🔄
We’re not a big-box behemoth, but we do want you to be happy. If something arrives broken, wrong, or cursed, let us know within 7 days and we’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement, a refund, or a peace offering from the scrap pile. No drama. No dragons.

Custom & Personalized Items
Custom pieces — like leather stamps with your logo or special-request magnets — are made just for you and can’t be returned or refunded unless we made an oops. If your item shows up bent, broken, melted, or weirdly warped, snap a photo and send it over. We’ll either replace it or explain what strange dark magic (or USPS forklift) might’ve been involved.

🧱 Terrain Note
3D-printed terrain is rugged, but not immortal. If a corner snaps in transit or a piece looks like it lost a tavern brawl with a sorting robot, we’ll fix it. Small blemishes, layer lines, or minor quirks are part of the charm — and physics.

We don’t do exchanges, but we believe in good customer service. If something’s wrong, reach out via the contact form and we’ll get it sorted — probably with kindness, maybe with snacks.
